Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to your use of peakvibemedia.com and its forms, demo, and booking calendar (the "Site"), operated by Peak Vibe Media LLC ("Peak Vibe Media," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What the Site is for

The Site describes our website and lead follow-up services, lets you try a live demo, and lets you book a free call. Using the Site does not make you a client. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement that lists the scope, price, and terms before you pay anything. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the written agreement controls.

No guarantees

We don't sell ads, and we don't guarantee traffic, leads, bookings, or revenue. The calculator and examples on the Site are for illustration only. They are estimates based on the numbers you enter and published industry sources, not a promise of results. Your results depend on many things outside our control.

Demo and communications

When you submit the demo form or book a call, you agree that we may contact you by email, and by phone or text if you provide a number, about your request and our services. You can opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Submit false information or someone else's information without permission
• Use the Site or its forms to send spam or harmful content
• Try to disrupt, hack, or overload the Site
• Copy or scrape the Site's content for commercial use

Our content

The Site's text, design, logo, and graphics belong to Peak Vibe Media LLC or its licensors. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy or reuse its content without our written permission.

Third-party tools

The Site uses third-party tools, such as our booking calendar and form provider. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to how they operate. We're not responsible for third-party services or websites we link to.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Peak Vibe Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms.
